Beyond The First Collection: Boy Dolls & More of The Southeast
Share
We are excited to announce the concept stage of our upcoming boy Asian doll collection at Joeydolls which will celebrate the diversity of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Filipino cultures. We believe that it's essential for children to have dolls that represent different ethnicities and cultures, and our boy Asian dolls provide just that.
One of the things we are proud of is the attention to detail in each doll's outfit, which reflects the unique style and fashion of the respective cultures. Our design team has taken inspiration from traditional and modern clothing to create outfits that are both stylish and authentic. We want our dolls to showcase different styles and fashions as a way to celebrate diversity and promote understanding and respect for different cultures.
It's a priority to us that our dolls are gender-inclusive, and our boy Asian dolls reflect that. With their soft bodies and realistic features, these dolls provide children with an accurate representation of what real boys look like. They also encourage children to break down traditional gender stereotypes and explore their own interests and identities.
While our concept stage is currently focused on Chinese, Vietnamese, and Filipino cultures, we are committed to expanding our collection to include more cultures and ethnicities in the future.
We are also excited to announce that we have also begun conceptualizing a Cambodian doll as it has been hugely requested! It is a goal for us to expand our representation of the Southeast Asian diaspora in our collections. We also have Indonesia, Thai, Laos, Hmong and Taiwan on our list as these are the ethnicities that have been highly requested.
We hope that you join us in our excitement to be creating a boy Asian doll collection that celebrates the diversity of Chinese, Vietnamese, and Filipino cultures. In addition, we will be expanding our representation into Southeast Asia. Our dolls are designed to promote empathy, inclusivity, and self-expression, and we are committed to expanding our collection to represent more cultures and ethnicities.
