Do I have to pay duties or import fees on my Joeydolls order?
We’ve got great news! Most Joeydolls orders do not incur any additional customs or import fees, and we now ship from warehouses in Canada, the United States, and Australia to make things smoother and more affordable for you.
🇨🇦 Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders are shipped within Canada, so there are no duties, tariffs, or customs fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
🇺🇸 U.S. Orders
Most dolls and select products are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, which means no import duties or tariffs for U.S. customers.
Canadian-made items (like our affirmation cards or stickers) are not subject to tariffs under the USMCA trade agreement.
🇦🇺 Australian Orders
We have limited stock available in Australia. Most orders ship below Australia’s AUD $1,000 de minimis threshold, which means no duties or customs charges apply.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
As a small family-owned business, our standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, shipping generally takes an additional 5 to 21 business days, depending on your location. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, limited-time or seasonal items, gift cards, and clearance products are ineligible for returns.

Joeydolls was named after Samantha’s daughter, Joey, and also means “young child” in Australian slang, reflecting Samantha’s upbringing in Australia and her wish for the dolls to be young friends to many children.
