Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. For the latest shipping information, please see our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery times vary by destination, warehouse and shipping method. Please see our Shipping Policy for the current processing times and delivery estimates. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you cannot find your tracking information or need help with an order, please chat with our team.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before returning an item so you have the current eligibility, fees and return instructions.

Where do Joeydolls orders ship from in Australia?
Australian orders for locally stocked Joeydolls products are fulfilled from our Melbourne, Victoria location. This means Australian families can shop in AUD and receive local Australian fulfilment rather than waiting for an international shipment from Canada.
Product availability can vary by location. If a product needs to ship from another Joeydolls fulfilment location, the applicable shipping information will be shown at checkout.

What types and sizes of dolls does Joeydolls offer?
Joeydolls offers larger Signature Cultural Dolls, smaller 9-inch Mini Dolls and soft Baby Loveys. Signature Dolls are approximately 18–20 inches depending on the character, while Mini Dolls are approximately 9 inches and designed to be easy for children to carry and travel with.
What ages are Joeydolls dolls suitable for?
Our dolls are safety tested for ages 0+. Mini Dolls have securely attached clothing and are especially suited to younger children and little hands. Signature Dolls include more detailed, removable clothing, so we recommend them for ages 3+ for active play.
What is the difference between a Mini Doll and a Signature Doll?
Mini Dolls are approximately 9 inches tall with securely attached clothing, making them compact and easy to bring on trips and everyday adventures. Signature Dolls are larger, approximately 18–20 inches depending on the character, with more detailed removable clothing for dress-up, cuddling and imaginative play.
Will my favourite Mini Doll come in Signature size?
We hope so! With enough demand, we'd love to bring more of our Mini Dolls, like Maiv, Jun and Bayani, to our Signature size in the future. How do Joeydolls celebrate culture through play?

Joeydolls was founded by Samantha Ong after she struggled to find dolls that reflected her daughter Joey’s Asian heritage. What began with a focus on Asian cultural representation has grown into a broader mission to help more children feel seen, celebrated and proud through culturally representative play.
