Optional protection for your order. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, we'll make it right.

What's covered

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages damaged in transit
  • Packages stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to your address

How to make a claim

  • Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking, or within 30 days of your estimated delivery date if tracking stops updating.
  • Include your order number. For damage, please include photos of the package and items.
  • For packages stolen after delivery, we may ask you to confirm the details in writing and to file a report with the carrier.

How we resolve it

Once your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement of the affected items or, if they're unavailable, refund those items. Pre-order items are replaced as soon as stock is available.

What's not covered

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout
  • Packages refused, unclaimed or returned to us
  • Transit delays, until a package is confirmed lost
  • Customs duties, taxes or import fees

Shipping Protection is optional and non-refundable once your order ships. One claim per order. It is a service offered by Joeydolls, not an insurance policy, and it does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
