Cancellation policy

This policy applies to items sold as pre-orders on our Site. We do not currently offer subscriptions.

Estimated ship dates

Pre-order items are made in limited production runs. Estimated ship dates are our best estimate at the time of your order, based on production, safety testing and freight schedules, and are not guaranteed. If your estimated ship date changes, we will email you with an update. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Cancelling a pre-order

Because we begin production and reserve inventory when you place your order, pre-orders are generally non-cancellable. To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order number before your pre-order ships. If we approve a cancellation while your order is still on schedule, a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing and administrative costs, and the remainder is refunded to your original payment method.

When you can cancel for a full refund

• If we are unable to ship your pre-order within the time required by the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
• If a pre-ordered product does not pass required safety testing. In that case we will cancel the pre-order and refund you in full within 14 days of the notice.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
