Our story
Joeydolls was founded by Samantha Ong, a mom of two who was born in Malaysia, raised in Australia and now calls Canada home. When she couldn't find dolls that thoughtfully reflected her children's heritage, she decided to make them.
Today we're still a small, family-run team, designing every piece so more children can grow up seeing their culture in everyday play.

Joeydolls Mini Dolls are soft 9-inch cultural dolls designed for children to cuddle, carry and play with. They offer the same focus on cultural representation as our larger dolls in a smaller, travel-friendly size.
Our growing Mini Doll collection includes characters inspired by Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, Japanese and Mexican heritage, with additional representation continuing to be added over time.
Joeydolls Mini Dolls are approximately 9 inches tall, making them easy for children to hold, pack for trips and bring along for everyday adventures.
Mini Dolls are approximately 9 inches tall and designed to be compact and easy to carry. Signature Dolls are our larger 18–21 inch plush cultural dolls with more detailed removable traditional outfits and a bigger size for cuddling, storytelling and imaginative play.
Yes. Our boy Mini Dolls include Minh (Vietnamese) and Mateo (Mexican), with Bayani (Filipino) and Jun (Chinese) available for preorder now.
Mini Dolls have their outfits sewn on, so there are no removable clothes, and they are safety tested for ages 0+. Please check each doll's page for its recommended age.

Yes. Joeydolls is an independent, family-run business built around a simple mission: helping children feel proud of who they are while giving families meaningful ways to share culture across generations.
We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to the UK and European Union is temporarily paused while we review regional compliance requirements.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, delivery generally takes another 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $120 or more in Canada, the US and Australia, in your local currency.
