Food Pals Mystery Pick | Surprise Plush Bag Charm

Each purchase includes ONE plush Food Pal bag charm chosen at random from six possible cultural food designs. It does not include the complete six-piece set. The exact design remains a surprise.

The design is randomly selected and cannot be chosen or guaranteed. Ordering more than one Mystery Pick, even in the same order, may result in duplicate designs. Different designs may have different chances of being selected.

One of six possibilities: Chinese Mooncake, Japanese Taiyaki, Filipino Halo-Halo, Taiwanese Boba, Vietnamese Bánh Mì or Korean Bingsu. The product photos show the possibilities; only one charm is included per Mystery Pick.

No. Mystery Pick means the character you receive is a surprise, not that it ships in a special box. Orders usually ship in a mailer. You can add an optional shipping box with Joeydolls tissue in your cart.

Soft polycotton plush.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. Remove the clip before cleaning.

Free shipping starts at a merchandise subtotal of $120 CAD in Canada, $120 USD in the US or $120 AUD in Australia, after all discounts and before shipping and taxes. A discount can bring an order below the threshold. The threshold applies to one delivery address per order; separate orders cannot be combined to qualify. We cannot split one order across multiple addresses.

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to the US, Canada and Australia have no duties or tariffs. New Zealand orders have paid shipping, calculated at checkout, and are not part of the free-shipping offer. Pickup is not available. Final shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

US, Canada and Australia: orders ship locally, so no duties or tariffs apply, and shipping is free on orders of $120+.

New Zealand: prices are shown in NZD and shipping is calculated at checkout.

See our Shipping Policy for details.

We ship locally within each region:

• Canada: from the Toronto area
• US: from New York
• Australia and New Zealand: from Melbourne, Australia

Orders to Canada, the US and Australia have no import duties or tariffs. New Zealand orders have paid shipping, calculated at checkout.

In-stock orders are typically processed in 2–5 business days, followed by the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Preorders follow their product-specific shipping window, then transit time. Orders containing a preorder ship together when all items are ready.

Orders usually ship in a mailer bag. You can add a shipping box + tissue in your cart: your order then ships in a shipping box with Joeydolls tissue and tape instead. It isn't gift-wrapped and there's no separate keepsake box. Check that it appears in your order summary.

Some bundles already ship in a box (their list of included items says so), so you don't need to add it again. A digital gift card is delivered by email and needs no packaging.

Check the delivery address, apartment/unit number and postal code before checkout. The billing address does not change the shipping address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. For a waiting preorder, we can help update the address before fulfilment. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it again. Please contact us before dispatch so we can help correct an error; once dispatched, address changes or interception cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We start preparing orders quickly, so changes can't be guaranteed.

• Adding items: let us know before your order ships and we'll do our best to add them. Sometimes an order has already gone out.
• Removing items: we're not able to remove items once an order is placed.

To help us find your order fast, write from the email you ordered with and include:

• your order number
• your full name
• what you need

The more detail you share, the faster we can help. If your order has already shipped, our return policy applies once it arrives.

Please contact us promptly with your order number, the affected item, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging for missing, incorrect or damaged items. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. For a parcel marked delivered, first check around your home and with neighbours or building staff.

Optional Shipping Protection claims must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date in tracking, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if tracking never shows delivery. See the coverage and claim instructions. For other delivery issues, see our Shipping Policy and contact our team.

Yes. If a small part goes missing or gets damaged, such as a hair tassel, hair accessory, outfit piece or Food Pal clip, contact us and we'll help. Please include:

• your order number, if you have it
• your full name
• the doll or product, and the part you need
• a photo, if you can

You can request a return within 21 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Your 10% VIP welcome code is emailed to you for your first eligible order and applies to products in our Full Price Products collection, with one use per customer. The current welcome offer has a minimum eligible merchandise subtotal of US$75 (or the checkout-currency equivalent). The current emailed welcome offer applies to one-time purchases only; preorders using a selling plan are excluded. It cannot be combined with another discount code or an automatic discount promotion. Check the eligible products, expiry and combination rules in your code email, then enter the code at checkout before paying. If a code does not apply, check those terms and contact us with the code and a screenshot.

Discounts can reduce the subtotal below the free-shipping threshold. A promotional gift or bundle offer may have its own eligibility and combination rules; check the final order summary before payment.

When you shop with us directly at joeydolls.com, every order earns VIP Rewards points: 1 point for every $1 spent, and every 100 points = $1 off a future order. Points are linked to the email you use at checkout, so join or log in before you order.

Points are earned on joeydolls.com orders only, not on purchases from our retail partners. Shopping with us directly also supports our small, family-run business, and part of every sale supports cultural education, representation and community initiatives.

At Joeydolls, our mission goes beyond crafting culturally representative dolls - we're dedicated to fostering inclusivity, cultural pride, and joy for all children.

Joeydolls was founded by Samantha Ong, a mom of two who was born in Malaysia, raised in Australia and now calls Canada home. When she couldn’t find dolls that thoughtfully reflected her children’s heritage, she decided to make them.

Today we’re still a small, 100% family-owned Canadian business. Each item is thoughtfully designed with authentic cultural details and handmade with care. By choosing Joeydolls, you’re supporting a small family business with a big mission to foster inclusivity and cultural pride.

We work with the communities we celebrate and take their feedback as part of our design process. For example, more than 230 people voted and shared name suggestions for our Hmong doll, and Maiv was the top choice.

We hear you, and we’re very aware of how many families are still waiting for their doll. A Thai doll is in the works now.

Other frequent requests include Indian, Korean, Japanese and Cambodian boy dolls, plus Lao, Salvadoran, Puerto Rican, Indonesian, Malaysian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi dolls.

Please keep sharing what you’d love to see on our Product Requests form. Your requests help shape what we make next. If you’re on our VIP list, look out for our official survey.

Outfits, colours, names and symbols are researched with care, so each piece feels true, never generic. Our designs are made for play, learning and gifting, and every order supports our mission to help children feel seen.
