Joeydolls VIP Rewards FAQ

Why join the Joeydolls VIP Club?

When you shop directly with Joeydolls, you become part of our VIP Rewards Club and earn rewards along the way ❤️ It’s our way of thanking you for supporting a small, mission-driven brand creating culturally representative dolls, books, and gifts that help children feel seen, celebrated, and proud of who they are.

As a VIP Club member, you can earn points, unlock rewards, enjoy birthday perks, and be part of the Joeydolls community in a more meaningful way.

How do I sign up for the Joeydolls VIP Club?

You can join by creating an account on our website. Once your account is created, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Joeydolls VIP Rewards Club.

For online purchases, your points are linked to the email address used at checkout, even if you have not created an account yet. Once you activate your account with that same email, your points can be accessed.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by being part of the Joeydolls VIP Club and completing eligible actions, such as:

creating an account
placing an order
adding your birthday
following or sharing on select social platforms, where available

Eligible ways to earn may change from time to time as we continue building the program.

Why should I shop directly with Joeydolls?

When you shop directly with Joeydolls, you are not just purchasing a gift. You are supporting a small, mission-driven brand and joining our VIP Club, where you can earn points, unlock rewards, enjoy birthday perks, and stay connected to new releases and special offers.

Shopping direct is the best way to be part of our community and get the full Joeydolls experience.

How does the referral program work?

You can share your referral link with a friend, and both of you may receive a reward once your friend makes their first qualifying purchase.

Referral rewards, eligibility requirements, and minimum purchase thresholds may vary based on the current Joeydolls VIP Rewards Club offer.

How can I redeem rewards?

To redeem rewards, log into your account and open the rewards panel. From there, you can select the reward you’d like to redeem. A discount code will be generated for you to use on a future order.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 365 days of account inactivity.

Can I transfer points to another account?

At this time, points cannot be transferred between accounts.

I received an email about points, but I do not have an account yet. How do I claim them?

If you placed an order online, your points are typically linked to the email address used at checkout.

To access them, simply create an account using that same email address. If you need help, please chat with us and we’ll be happy to assist.

How does the birthday reward work?

VIP Reward Club members can add their birthday in the rewards panel to receive a birthday reward.

To be eligible for your birthday reward that year, your birthday must be added at least one month in advance. Otherwise, your reward will apply the following year.

Can I save any unused balance from my discount code?

Discount codes do not carry a remaining balance like a gift card. They must be used in a single transaction, and any unused portion will be forfeited.
