Refunds & Returns

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $5), unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Unless otherwise specified by our customer service team, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging and condition. Limited-time or seasonal items, gift cards, and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Undelivered Orders

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier for assistance in locating it.

If the carrier is unable to locate your package, please contact us at orders@joeydolls.com. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a carrier investigation, we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Joeydolls is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier once they have left our facility. We take great care in packaging every order securely, but once a package is in transit, its handling is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@joeydolls.com so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. If you prefer not to have the order reshipped and would like a refund instead, your request will be handled in accordance with our standard return policy, including any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.
