What age is recommended for using Cultural Joy Gift Set?
Joeydolls dolls are safety tested for ages 0+. Mini Dolls are approximately 9 inches tall and recommended for ages 2+ for active play. Most have securely attached clothing; Maiv has a removable, reversible skirt. Signature Dolls are larger, have more detailed removable clothing and are recommended for ages 3 and up for active play.

You build it yourself: 1 Joeydolls doll (any Signature Doll or Mini Doll), 1 wearable (a Cultural Celebration tee or an enamel pin) and 1 cultural sticker sheet.

Can I mix cultures?

Yes. Choose the doll, wearable and sticker sheet that feel most like them, from any culture.

How does the set saving work?

Build your set in the steps above and add it to cart. The set saving is applied to the whole set automatically, no code needed. The current saving and end date are shown in the offer box near the top of this page.

Which ages is the Cultural Joy Gift Set right for?

All Joeydolls dolls are safety tested for ages 0+. Mini Dolls are recommended for ages 2+ and Signature Dolls for ages 3+. Enamel pins are for ages 6+ because of the sharp pin point.

Will it arrive in time for the holidays?

Look for the Order by date on this page, under the bundle builder. It shows the last day to order for Christmas delivery to your country. Every country's dates are on our Holiday Shipping page.

Can I add a gift message or a nicer box?

Yes. In your cart you can add a free gift message, printed on your packing slip. You can also upgrade from our usual mailer bag to a sturdier shipping box with Joeydolls tissue. It makes the parcel lovely to unbox, but it isn't gift-wrapped and there's no separate keepsake box inside.

Is there a free gift with my order?

Free gift: Affirmation Cards or a book with $150+. Starts Nov 17. Ends Nov 30, 11:59 PM PT. When a free gift offer is on, you'll also see it in the offer box near the price, with what your order needs to qualify. Your cart adds the free gift once your order qualifies.

Can I send this bundle to more than one address?

Each order goes to one delivery address. Place a separate order for each recipient. You can add a shipping box + tissue and a gift message in your cart.

How does free shipping work?

Free shipping starts at a merchandise subtotal of $120 CAD in Canada, $120 USD in the US or $120 AUD in Australia, after all discounts and before shipping and taxes. A discount can bring an order below the threshold. The threshold applies to one delivery address per order; separate orders cannot be combined to qualify. We cannot split one order across multiple addresses.

We ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders to the US, Canada and Australia have no duties or tariffs. New Zealand orders have paid shipping, calculated at checkout, and are not part of the free-shipping offer. Pickup is not available. Final shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Where does my order ship from?

We ship locally within each region:

Canada: from the Toronto area
US: from New York
Australia and New Zealand: from Melbourne, Australia

Orders to Canada, the US and Australia have no import duties or tariffs. New Zealand orders have paid shipping, calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders are typically processed in 2–5 business days, followed by the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Preorders follow their product-specific shipping window, then transit time. Orders containing a preorder ship together when all items are ready.

Can my order ship in a box?

Orders usually ship in a mailer bag. You can add a shipping box + tissue in your cart: your order then ships in a shipping box with Joeydolls tissue and tape instead. It isn't gift-wrapped and there's no separate keepsake box. Check that it appears in your order summary.

Some bundles already ship in a box (their list of included items says so), so you don't need to add it again. A digital gift card is delivered by email and needs no packaging.

Can I change an incorrect shipping address?

Check the delivery address, apartment/unit number and postal code before checkout. The billing address does not change the shipping address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. For a waiting preorder, we can help update the address before fulfilment. Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send it again. Please contact us before dispatch so we can help correct an error; once dispatched, address changes or interception cannot be guaranteed.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We start preparing orders quickly, so changes can't be guaranteed.

Adding items: let us know before your order ships and we'll do our best to add them. Sometimes an order has already gone out.
Removing items: we're not able to remove items once an order is placed.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Please contact us promptly with your order number, the affected item, a description of the problem and clear photos of the item and packaging for missing, incorrect or damaged items. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. For a parcel marked delivered, first check around your home and with neighbours or building staff.

Optional Shipping Protection claims must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date in tracking, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if tracking never shows delivery. See the coverage and claim instructions. For other delivery issues, see our Shipping Policy and contact our team.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes. If a small part goes missing or gets damaged, such as a hair tassel, hair accessory, outfit piece or Food Pal clip, contact us and we'll help. Please include:

your order number, if you have it
your full name
the doll or product, and the part you need
a photo, if you can

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 21 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

How do I use my welcome discount?

Your 10% VIP welcome code is emailed to you for your first eligible order and applies to products in our Full Price Products collection, with one use per customer. The current welcome offer has a minimum eligible merchandise subtotal of US$75 (or the checkout-currency equivalent). The current emailed welcome offer applies to one-time purchases only; preorders using a selling plan are excluded. It cannot be combined with another discount code or an automatic discount promotion. Check the eligible products, expiry and combination rules in your code email, then enter the code at checkout before paying. If a code does not apply, check those terms and contact us with the code and a screenshot.

Discounts can reduce the subtotal below the free-shipping threshold. A promotional gift or bundle offer may have its own eligibility and combination rules; check the final order summary before payment.

Who is Joeydolls?

Joeydolls was founded by Samantha Ong, a mom of two who was born in Malaysia, raised in Australia and now calls Canada home. When she couldn’t find dolls that thoughtfully reflected her children’s heritage, she decided to make them.

How do you make sure the cultural details are right?

We work with the communities we celebrate and take their feedback as part of our design process. For example, more than 230 people voted and shared name suggestions for our Hmong doll, and Maiv was the top choice.

Will you make a doll for my culture?

We hear you, and we’re very aware of how many families are still waiting for their doll. A Thai doll is in the works now.
