5 star customer service. My package was lost in transit- I preordered in September last year and was anxiously waiting for the package to arrive. USPS lost the package but the Joeydolls team pulled out ALL THE STOPS to track down the package. I am in awe of their detail and attention to my inquiry. This product means that much more to me because every time I look at it, I’ll think of the amazing team behind this to make things right for me. They treated me with the utmost attention and care and I am proud to support them in return.

The perfect doll for any aged child. My daughter is 6 months and seeing her interact with her first Joeydoll was so special.
