Weβre introducing four brand-new mini dolls: Hmong Girl Doll,Β Thailand Girl Doll,Β Filipino Boy DollΒ andΒ Chinese Boy Doll!
These culturally diverse, mini-sized companions are small in size but mighty in impact . Theyβre soft, safe, huggable, and made with the same love, care, and intention youβve come to expect from us.
But thatβs not allβ¦ weβve started creating something new - something big in a mini way - our very first Mexican dolls for kids!
Weβre stepping outside of Asia and into a whole new chapter filled with hope, joy, and cultural connection.
We hear you: βWhy are they mini?β
Great question! As a family-owned, self-funded business, weβre navigating rising production costs and global tariffs. Launching our cultural dolls in a mini format allows us to keep prices accessible for families while still investing in the full-size dolls we know youβre waiting for.
Mini doesnβt mean less. It means more accessibility, more inclusion, and more opportunity for us to grow together.
Every purchase brings us closer to full-size dolls from even more communities: Pakistani, Korean Boy, Japanese Boy, Taiwanese Girl, Laotian, Indonesian, and Indian Boy dolls - all of which received incredible support in our last vote!
1. Hmong Girl Doll
This cheerful doll proudly wears the traditional Hmong dress - a black tunic detailed with vibrant pink embroidery, bold blue and magenta sleeve accents, and a layered white pleated skirt. Her iconic striped black headwrap with dotted details captures the unique style of Hmong women. Every detail, from the woven belt to her bright smile, tells a story of resilience, family, and tradition.
2. Filipino Boy Doll
This charming doll is dressed in the classic Barong Tagalog, a cream embroidered tunic worn over black trousers. Itβs a tribute to Filipino formality and warmth, often worn on special occasions like weddings and Independence Day. His soft features and joyful expression reflect the heart of Filipino hospitality and pride.
3. Thailand Girl Doll
Graceful and radiant, our Thai doll is dressed in a stunning traditional chut Thai. Her one-shoulder pink and gold patterned shawl and deep purple silk skirt trimmed with golden motifs are complemented by her elaborate gold jewelry, including earrings, a necklace, and a floral headpiece. This doll beautifully embodies the elegance of Thai heritage and classical beauty.
4. Chinese Boy Doll
Bringing festive flair, this doll wears a vibrant red Tang suit with golden piping and frog-button closures - a signature outfit for Chinese New Year and cultural celebrations. His matching round cap completes the look. Symbolizing luck, celebration, and family, heβs ready to share Chinese traditions with the world.
π Each doll is created with love, authenticity, and educational purpose, helping children feel seen, represented, and proud of who they are.
Weβre so excited to be working on our Mexican Girl and Boy dolls - the very first Joeydolls representing a culture outside of Asia!
Why now? Because inclusion isnβt a destination - itβs a journey. And we believe in walking that journey together.
Our Mexican dolls for kids are not only designed to reflect Latin heritage and beauty, but a portion of proceeds will be donated to help immigrant families access critical support.
We want these dolls to stand for something joyful - and something meaningful.
